Gosh I love Cemetieries of London. Really, you should hear it, because it's not just the lyrics that match the series, but the rythmics and the melody are great.

Also I think what would be great for the film was the Tunnels game soundtrack. It's beautiful and I can really imagine Will and his shovel, under the heat of the topsoil, waiting for Chester to arrive at the digging site, with that soundtrack on background.

Nice to see some support here again ;) Thanks Cal!

Annnyyywayyyy... Lol this one has PERFECT lyrics, but the melody just doesn't fit at all with the books, it's more of a hard rock sound, versus Coldplay's more acoustic, relaxed sound in most songs.

It's called "Hero" by Skillet. It is off of their new album "Awake" or the Hero Single. Almost every lyric in the song just fits perfectly with the books.

"I'm just a step away
I'm a just a breath away
Losing my faith today
JEN: Falling off the edge today
I am just a man
Not superhuman
JEN: I'm not superhuman
Someone save me from the hate

It's just another war
Just another family torn
JEN: Falling from my feet today
Just a step from the edge
Just another day in the world we live

I need a hero to save me now
I need a hero
JEN: Save me now
I need a hero to save my life
A hero'll save me
JEN: Just in time

I gotta fight today
To live another day
Speaking my mind today
JEN: My voice will be heard today
I've gotta make a stand
But I am just a man
JEN: I'm not superhuman
My voice will be heard today

It's just another war
Just another family torn
JEN: My voice will be heard today
It's just another kill
The countdown begins to destroy ourselves

I need a hero to save me now
I need a hero
JEN: Save me now
I need a hero to save my life
A hero'll save me
JEN: Just in time
I need a hero to save my life
I need a hero
Just in time
Save me just in time...
Save me just in time...

Who's gonna fight for what's right
Who's gonna help us survive
We're in the fight of our lives
JEN: And we're not ready to die

Who's gonna fight for the weak
Who's gonna make 'em believe
I've got a hero
JEN: I've got a hero
Livin' in me
I'm gonna fight for whats right
Today I'm speaking my mind
And if it kills me tonight
JEN: I will be ready to die

A hero's not afraid to give his life
A hero's gonna save me just in time

I need a hero to save me now
I need a hero
JEN: Save me now
I need a hero to save my life
A hero'll save me
JEN: Just in time

(I need a hero!) Who's gonna fight for whats right?
Who's gonna help us survive?
(I need a hero!) Who's gonna fight for the weak?
Who's gonna make them believe?
I need a hero

I need a hero!

A hero's going to save me just in time!"

"Just another family torn" This verse matches perfectly :P
And I think it's good too, but...

I'm thinking of a part of Tunnels where this song could be, but can't think of any... Maybe on Deeper, but still too hard rock for a film I think...

I think th song "consler o the lonely" by the raconteurs and "stadium arcadium" by red hot chili peppers would go great for the book.

Sorry I can't put links I'm posting this on m iPod.

this song remember me the Colony...I wanted to post the song of the Opera "Notre Dame", but I found only the cartoon song in english ç_ç I'll translate the other, 'cause I think it's most suitable.
ah, of course it's only for curiosity 'cause I ever think that Colony and Cour des Miracles are similar =D
The song of rebelscum it's ok, that I think =)

Maybe you've heard of a terrible place
Where the soundrels of Paris
Collect in a lair
Maybe you've heard of that mythical place
Called the Court of Miracles
Hello, you're there!
Where the lame can walk
And the blind can see
But the dead don't talk
So you won't be around
To reveal what you've found
We have a method for spies and intruders
Rather like hornets protecting their hive
Here in the Court of Miracles
Where it's a miracle if you get out alive!

Yeah, Hero by Skillet goes great

I think it would be perfect to put it at the end with the credits..

If i remember right tunnels ends with
Spoiler: show
Will and Cal going to the deeps and finding Chester
and i just that it would work so good there

Hero should definitely go in Tunnels e.t.c.
I really love Skillet and that (coincidentally) is my favorite Skillet song!
Put it in the movies!
